Don Grondin is the owner of PIK*WEST INSURANCE AGENCY, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Eastern Michigan University. He has been in the insurance business for over 37 years. He began his aviation career in 1974 at Pontiac, MI and then moved on to Safeco Insurance Company as an insurance claims adjuster. He subsequently moved to California and served as an aviation insurance underwriter insuring all aspects of general aviation. He has served as Vice President as well as Director of Agents & Brokers of the Aviation Insurance Association (AIA), an international trade association for aviation insurance professionals. He is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker and a licensed pilot with an instrument rating. |

Julie Aurand is the Office Manager for PIK*WEST INSURANCE AGENCY. She has been an aviation insurance specialist for over 26 years. She has the distinction of having served in all areas of the business handling a wide variety of aviation related accounts. Julie is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent who demonstrates to her customers a caring attitude along with knowledge of the business that develops loyalty and customer satisfaction. |

Lora Aurand has over 21 years of aviation experience. She graduated from Moorpark College with an Associate in Arts degree. She received her property & casualty insurance license in 1991, and has served as a Senior Customer Service Representative handling the majority of the agency's renewals for personal business and pleasure accounts. |

Tim Geisbauer has been with PIK*WEST INSURANCE AGENCY since 1997. He has an A. A. degree from Moorpark Community College and soon to graduate from Cal State Northridge with a degree in economics. Tim has served as an aviation customer service assistant and network administrator since joining the agency. |

Dan Phillips has over 27 years of aviation experience. He graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He started his aviation career as an owner/operator of a full service fixed base operation (FBO) at the Oxnard Airport. He then began a career as a regional airport manager where he managed all phases of airport operations including general aviation fueling services, aircraft maintenance, airfield operations, and airport planning and development. He has over 5 years experience as an aviation underwriter with Global Aerospace (AAU). A former member of the U.S. Navy Reserve, Dan holds a Commercial license with multi-engine land, sea, and instrument ratings. Dan is also a Certified Flight Instructor, and has also earned the prestigious Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. |
